- Occupancy - A determination of whether a property is occupies or abandoned.
- Foreclosure - A determination of Occupancy Status & Physical Condition Based on Exterior Inspection.
- Qualilty Control - We conduct inpsections of the workmanship and cleanliness of other tradesmen to see that they are in compliance with HUD regulations.
- Interior - Conducted to identify and recomment resolutions to any phsical damage or safety issues.
- Loss Draft - Conducted to analyze any damage subject to insurance claims.
- Bankruptcy - Condcuted to inspect exterior of the residence to validate occupancy and evaluate the poperty condition without violating the automatic stay provisions of the United States Bankruptcy Code.
